In addition to grant making we occasionally undertake special initiatives that reflect elements of our programs areas. These initiatives usually require significant funding over a period of years in an effort to make a groundbreaking impact in a particular area. With the support of key partners, ACT aims to help solve unmet social and economic needs in the community through partnerships, multi-year grant commitments and capital investments.
ACT’s current initiatives focus on leveraging existing community assets to turn untapped competitive advantages into drivers for social and economic change.
